Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering on our platform.

1. Employment Compliance

By registering, you agree to:

  • Comply with all Ministry of Manpower (MOM) employment rules and regulations
  • Follow all legal requirements for hiring domestic helpers in Singapore
  • Obtain necessary work passes and insurance as required by law
  • Provide fair wages and working conditions as per MOM guidelines

2. Platform Contact

You agree to:

  • Be contacted by our platform team via phone, email, or WhatsApp for verification and support purposes
  • Respond to verification requests in a timely manner
  • Keep your contact information up to date

3. Confidentiality

You agree to:

  • Keep all Helper details confidential
  • Not share, sell, or distribute Helper information to third parties
  • Maintain confidentiality regardless of whether employment is established
  • Use provider information solely for the purpose of hiring domestic help

4. Platform Limitations

You understand that:

  • This platform is a connection service between Helpers and Employers only
  • The platform is not liable for any crimes, misconduct, or violations committed by Helpers
  • The platform does not guarantee the quality or performance of Helpers
  • All employment contracts are between you and the Helper directly
  • Background checks and reference verification are your responsibility

5. Legal Accountability

You agree that:

  • You will not hold the platform accountable for any violations or misconduct by Helpers
  • If a Helper violates any laws or regulations, you may pursue the matter with law enforcement agencies
  • You are solely responsible for verifying the credentials and background of any Helper you hire
  • The platform provides profiles "as is" without warranty of any kind

6. Employer Responsibilities

You acknowledge that as an employer, you are responsible for:

  • Providing a safe working environment
  • Complying with all labor laws and regulations
  • Obtaining and maintaining required insurance coverage
  • Processing work pass applications and renewals
  • Providing adequate rest, food, and accommodation

7. Information Accuracy

You certify that:

  • All declared information is true and accurate
  • All submitted documents are original and valid
  • You will update your information if any details change
  • Providing false information may result in account termination and legal action

8. Account Termination

The platform reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms
  • Remove your profile for inactivity or non-compliance
  • Report illegal activities to relevant authorities

By checking the "I accept the Terms & Conditions" box during registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
